Mr Misty Completes ‘Repair with a Purpose’ Campaign Raising over £2,500

Window and door repair and installation specialists Mr Misty have confirmed the successful completion of their 2026 charitable initiative supporting East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices through their  ‘Repair with a Purpose’ campaign, following a three-month extension that ran through to the end of June 2026.

Originally launched in February 2026 to coincide with Random Acts of Kindness Day, the campaign committed to donating £2 from every job booked to East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH), with donations backdated to 1st January 2026. Due to strong community response, the initiative was extended for an additional quarter, allowing further funds to be raised for families supported by the charity.

A resounding success for a magnificent cause

Across the full campaign period, thanks to customers booking their windows and door repairs with Mr Misty, the company is proud to confirm that a total of £2,524.00 has been raised for EACH.

Joshua Sheppard, Owner of Mr Misty, said: “We are incredibly proud of what ‘Repair with a Purpose’ has achieved. What started as a simple idea to mark Random Acts of Kindness Day has grown into something much bigger. Every job booked has helped contribute directly to East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices, and we’re delighted with the total raised over the six month period.”

He added:“Extending the campaign felt like the right decision at the time, and it has allowed us to make an even greater impact. We’re extremely grateful to everyone who supported it.”
